In our shop You can find ready-to-ship and made-to-order outfits. Please look at the descriptions below each photo regarding realization time. If You have any questions - don't hesitate to contact us: [email protected]
π We issue VAT exempt invoice to each transaction. The printed invoices are attached to the packages and if You contact us - we can also email the invoice to You
π All the items in the shop are handmade outfits. They should be hand washed and treated gently.
Every person is different. Tum ti Tum can't guarantee that every outfit will fit every model the same as people vary in shape and size.
Please remember! All the outfits in our shop are the outfits dedicated to use during photosession. You have a right to make a complaint if the outfit is defective. However if the outfit has no defects and You order it to use it in Your business (not for personal use) - there is no possibility to return the outfit. If You have a problem - feel free to contact us. We always try to resolve the problem - the best possible way for both sides
1. Poland: 1-2 dni roboczych (kurier DPD, liczone automatycznie)
2. Europe - standard shipment (with tracking): 3-8 business days (EU and non EU countries, calculated automatically)
3. Europe - courier shipment: 3-5 business days (available for EU countries, calculated automatically for maternity dresses. For baby clothes ordered separately - You have to add courier shipment to the cart to fasten the delivery)
4. Europe - priority parcel (with tracking): 4-8 business days (for non EU countries, calculated automatically)
4. USA standard shipment (with tracking): 2-3 weeks (calculated automatically)
5. Other locations: 2-4 weeks
SHIPPING TIME:
- means the time between shipment of the package and its delivery date. It doesn't include the time that we need to sew the outfits (please see the details below each photo).
- For made-to-order baby outfits - we usually need 3-16 business days to create them. Usually it takes 3 days but if we have many items to sew - it might take up to 16 business days
- For made-to-order maternity dresses - usually it takes 2-3 weeks to get them ready to ship (You can always contact us to get to know when a particular dress will be ready)
- {Please note! Maternity dresses are always shipped by courier /priority postal package}
- Delivery cost is constant (it doesn't depend on the number of items that You order)
Baby clothes are delivered by standard shipment by default (except Poland - all packages to Poland are shipped by courier). If You order only baby clothes and You want them to be delivered faster than by standard shipment - please add to Your cart OPTIONAL COURIER SHIPMENT valid for Your country (no need to do this in Poland). You can find it below:

After You add this shipment to the cart, You will see the standard shipment cost at checkout and the additional courier cost as a product on the list. If You order not only baby clothes but also maternity dresses - Your package will be shipped by courier / priority parcel by default and You don't have to add COURIER SHIPMENT to the cart
