To use a discount code You have to add all the items that You want to the cart, click on checkout and apply discount code. You will see the Summary and the box where You can type the discount code. After this - click "apply". The discount code is working now
2. Why I can't choose the standard shipment for maternity dress? ๐๐
Maternity outfits are too big/heavy to be shipped by standard shipment. They can only be shipped by courier/priority parcel. The shipment for them is calculated automatically.
3. How long I will be waiting for my order if I order made-to-order items? ๐ฆ
For ready-to-ship items - the package is usually shipped in 24-48h.
For made-to-order items: the delivery time = processing time + shipping time. If You order outfits that are not ready to ship - we will need time to sew them. You can find the waiting time in the description of each item. For baby outfits - we usually need 2-4 business days (rarely it might take up to 10 business days), for maternity dresses - about 2-3 weeks. If You need Your items quickly - please contact us to check if we can make them as soon as You need
4. What types of payment do You accept? ๐ฒ๐ณ
We accept PayPal or credit card payment (You can choose the type of payment at checkout). If You prefer to make a bank transfer - please contact us. We will send You the summary and the bank details so that You can transfer the money directly to the bank.
5. Can I buy different size of outfit than I can see in Your shop? ๐ฝ๐
Yes. If You need a size that You can't find in the shop - please contact us and we will check if this is possible.
6. How to calculate the shipping cost? ๐
You can find the table with shipping rates in USEFUL INFORMATION tab. The shipping cost is calculated automatically but if You order only baby clothes and You want them to be delivered quicker than by standard shipment - You have to add to Your cart one more product which is OPTIONAL COURIER SHIPMENT valid for Your country (after You add this to the cart - the baby clothes will be shipped by courier).
If You order not only baby clothes but also maternity dress - Your package will be delivered by courier by default and You don't have to add additional shipment to the cart.
7. How do I know when my package is shipped? ๐ฆ๐
After we ship the package to You - You will receive the email with tracking link to Your package so that You can check the status of the shipment
8. How do I check how much I will save, thanks to the discount code? ๐ฐ
If You want to check how much You save using particular discount code: You have to add the items to the cart, click on checkout, click on "Have a discount code?", enter the discount code and click "apply"
9. Can I pay in different currency than €? ๐ฑ
Yes. You can pay in $ by PayPal or PLN by bank transfer but not directly by big cartel. To do this - please contact us. We will send You the summary and payment details.
10. Do I have to add to the cart COURIER SHIPMENT? ๐ฆ๐
No. Courier shipments created as products in the shop are additional costs which should be used in one situation only: When You order only baby outfits and You want them to be shipped faster than by the standard shipment. In any other situation - the default shipments are calculated automatically
11. How do I get the invoice? ๐
We issue VAT exempt invoices to each transaction. You will get the printed invoice atteched to the package and if You contact us - we can also email it to You
12. How do I know if my package will be shipped by standard shipment or courier/priority postal parcel?
If You order:
1. only baby outfits and You didn't add the courier shipment to the cart (the one that is created as a product in the shop and valid for Your country) - the package will be shipped by standard shipment
2. only baby outftis and You add the valid for You country courier shipment - Your package will be shipped by courier.
3. baby outfits and maternity dresses together - Your order will be shipped by courier/priority postal parcel ( YOU DON"T HAVE TO ADD COURIER SHIPMENT TO THE CART)
4. only maternity dresses - Your order will be shipped by courier/priority postal parcel (YOU DON'T HAVE TO ADD COURIER SHIPMENT TO THE CART)
13. Is the courier shipment available for all countries?
No. The courier shipment is available for EU countries only and customers from these countries can add the courier shipment to the cart if they want to speed up the delivery of baby outfits. The maternity dresses to these countries are delivered by courier as well.
For the other countries: most of the orders are delivered by standard shipment unless they include maternity dresses (the orders with maternity dresses are delivered by priority postal parcel by default)
