To use a discount code, simply add all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, proceed to checkout, and apply the discount code. You will see a summary of your order along with a box where you can enter the discount code. Once entered, click "Apply" to activate the discount. The code will now be applied to your order.
2. Why I can't choose the standard shipment for maternity dress?
Maternity outfits are too large/heavy to be shipped via standard delivery and can only be sent by courier or priority parcel. The shipping cost for these items is calculated automatically at checkout.
3. How long I will be waiting for my order if I order made-to-order items?
For ready-to-ship items, your package is typically shipped within 24-48 hours.
For made-to-order items, the delivery time is the sum of the processing time (production) and shipping time. If you order outfits that are not ready to ship, we will need time to create them. The estimated production time can be found in the description of each item.
- For baby outfits, the production time is usually 3-5 business days (in rare cases, it may take up to 10 business days).
- For maternity dresses, production typically takes about 2-3 weeks.

5. Can I buy different size of outfit than I can see in Your shop?
Yes, if you require a size that is not available in the shop, please contact us, and we will check if it is possible to accommodate your request.
6. How to calculate the shipping cost?
You can find the shipping rate table in the Delivery Conditions tab. Shipping costs are calculated automatically. However, if you are ordering only baby clothes and would like faster delivery than standard shipping, you will need to add the Optional Courier Shipment for your country to your cart. Once added, the baby clothes will be shipped via courier.
If your order includes both baby clothes and a maternity dress, your package will be delivered by courier by default, and no additional shipping option needs to be added to the cart.
7. How do I know when my package is shipped?
After we ship the package to You - You will receive the email with tracking link to Your package so that You can check the status of the shipment
8. How do I check how much I will save, thanks to the discount code?
If You want to check how much You save using particular discount code: You have to add the items to the cart, click on checkout, click on "Have a discount code?", enter the discount code and click "apply"
9. Can I pay in different currency than €?
Yes. You can pay in $ by PayPal or PLN by bank transfer but not directly by big cartel. To do this - please contact us. We will send You the summary and payment details..
10. Do I have to add to the cart COURIER SHIPMENT?
No. Courier shipments created as products in the shop are additional costs which should be used in one situation only: When You order only baby outfits and You want them to be shipped faster than by the standard shipment. In any other situation - the default shipments are calculated automatically
11. How do I get the invoice?
We issue VAT exempt invoices to each transaction. You will get the printed invoice atteched to the package and if You contact us - we can also email it to You
12. How do I know if my package will be shipped by standard shipment or courier/priority postal parcel?
If You order:
1. only baby outfits and You didn't add the optional courier shipment to the cart (the one that is created as a product in the shop and valid for Your country) - the package will be shipped by standard shipment
2. only baby outftis and You add the valid for Your country optional courier shipment - Your package will be shipped by courier.
3. baby outfits and maternity dresses together - Your order will be shipped by courier/priority postal parcel ( YOU DON"T HAVE TO ADD OPTIONAL COURIER SHIPMENT TO THE CART)
4. only maternity dresses - Your order will be shipped by courier/priority postal parcel (YOU DON'T HAVE TO ADD COURIER SHIPMENT TO THE CART)
13. Is the courier shipment available for all countries?
No. The courier shipment is available forEU countries onlyand customers from these countries can add the courier shipment to the cart if they want to speed up the delivery of baby outfits. The maternity dresses to these countries are delivered by courier as well.
For the other countries:most of the orders are delivered by standard shipment unless they include maternity dresses (the orders with maternity dresses are delivered by priority postal parcel by default)
