1. How do I use discount code?
To use a discount code, simply add all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, proceed to checkout, and apply the discount code. You will see a summary of your order along with a box where you can enter the discount code. Once entered, click "Apply" to activate the discount. The code will now be applied to your order
2. How long I will be waiting for my order if I order made-to-order items?
For ready-to-ship items, your package is typically shipped within 24-48 hours.
For made-to-order items, the delivery time is the sum of the processing time (production) and shipping time. If you order outfits that are not ready to ship, we will need time to create them. The estimated production time can be found in the description of each item.
- For baby outfits, the production time is usually 3-5 business days (in rare cases, it may take up to 10 business days).
- For maternity dresses, production typically takes about 2-3 weeks.

3. What types of payment do You accept?
We accept payments via PayPal or credit/debit card, and you can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
Yes, if you require a size that is not available in the shop, please contact us, and we will check if it is possible to accommodate your request.
5. How to calculate the shipping cost?
No matter what You order - Your package will be delivered to the DPD Pick up Point so please remember to give us the address of the Pick up Point when You're placing Your order. You can check the estimated shipping times here: delivery time calculator.
The shipping cost to all EU countries is a flat rate: 10€ (no matter what and how many items do You order)6. How do I know when my package is shipped?
After we ship the package to You - You will receive the email with tracking link to Your package so that You can check the status of the shipment
7. How do I check how much I will save, thanks to the discount code?
If You want to check how much You save using particular discount code: You have to add the items to the cart, click on checkout, click on "Have a discount code?", enter the discount code and click "apply"


8. Can I pay in different currency than €?
Yes. You can pay in $ by PayPal or PLN by bank transfer but not directly by big cartel. To do this - please contact us. We will send You the summary and payment details..
9. How do I get the invoice?
We issue VAT exempt invoices to each transaction. You will get the printed invoice atteched to the package and if You contact us - we can also email it to You
10. How do I know if my package will be shipped by standard shipment or courier/priority postal parcel?
We now offer only courier shipment so all the packages are shipped to the DPD Pick up Points in the Europe.
11. Is the courier shipment available for all countries?
No. The courier shipment is available for EU countries only.
