We kindly remind you that all the outfits available in our shop are designed specifically for photoshoots. Due to the unique nature of our products, our store operates strictly on a B2B (business-to-business) basis, meaning we are unable to accept returns.
By placing an order, you explicitly declare that the purchase is intended solely for professional, commercial, or trade purposes (such as photography sessions or styling).
Please note that this policy applies unconditionally to all orders. Even if you do not provide business registration details (like a Tax/VAT ID) and receive a retail (B2C) invoice, the transaction is still legally considered a professional purchase based on this declaration. Therefore, all sales are final.
However, we are deeply committed to ensuring your satisfaction and always strive to provide the best service possible! If you receive an item with a defect, you have the full right to file a complaint. Please note that if the outfit is free of defects, returns are not possible.
Please also keep in mind that every completed transaction incurs non-refundable processing and payment fees for us. For this reason, if we exceptionally agree to a voluntary return that is unjustified and not caused by our fault, the refunded amount will be reduced by the exact transaction costs we incurred.
