In our shop, you will find both ready-to-ship and made-to-order outfits. Please refer to the descriptions below each product photo for estimated production times.

INVOICING: 

We issue VAT-exempt invoices for every transaction. Printed invoices are included with the packages, and if needed, we can also email the invoice to you upon request. Please provide your billing information at checkout in the 'Instructions' section

All items in our shop are handmade. To preserve their quality, we recommend hand washing and handling them with care.

Every individual is unique, and Tum ti Tum cannot guarantee that each outfit will fit the same on every model, as body shapes and sizes may vary.

Important Information:

Please note that all outfits in our shop are specifically designed for use during photoshoots. Due to the unique nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns. However, we are dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and will always do our best to assist you!

You have the right to file a complaint if the outfit is defective. However, if the item is free of defects and is purchased for business purposes (rather than personal use), returns are not possible.

If You have a problem - feel free to contact us. We always try to resolve the problem - the best possible way for both sides!!

Cancellation Policy:

Please be aware that once you place an order and complete the payment, non-refundable transaction fees will apply. If you decide to cancel your order for reasons not related to any fault on our part, we will only be able to refund the amount we actually received, as the transaction fees are non-refundable.
