Shipping Information for Baby Clothes
By default, baby clothes are shipped via standard delivery (except for orders to Poland, where all packages are sent via courier).
If you are ordering only baby clothes and would like faster delivery, please add the Optional Courier Shipment for your country to your cart. This is not required for orders within Poland, as all shipments there are sent by courier by default.
Optional courier shipment
When you add this shipping option to your cart, the standard shipping cost will appear at checkout, and the additional courier fee will be listed as a separate item.
If your order includes both baby clothes and maternity dresses, your package will automatically be shipped via courier or priority parcel. In this case, there is no need to add the "Optional Courier Shipment" to your cart.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
1. Poland: 1-2 dni roboczych (kurier DPD, liczone automatycznie)2. Europe - standard shipment (with tracking): 3-8 business days (EU and non EU countries, calculated automatically)
3. Europe - courier shipment: 3-5 business days (available for EU countries, calculated automatically for maternity dresses. For baby clothes ordered without maternity dresses - You have to add courier shipment to the cart to fasten the delivery)
4. Europe - priority parcel (with tracking): 4-8 business days (for non EU countries, calculated automatically)
4. USA standard shipment (with tracking): 2-3 weeks (calculated automatically)
5. Other locations: 2-4 weeks
SHIPPING TIME – Important Information
The shipping time refers to the period between the dispatch of your package and its delivery. Please note that this does not include the time required to create made-to-order outfits. You can find specific production times listed under each product photo.
- Made-to-order baby outfits: Typically, we need 3–5 business days to create them. In most cases, production takes around 3 days, but during busy periods, it may take slightly longer.
- Made-to-order adult & maternity dresses: Production usually takes 2–3 weeks before the item is ready for shipment.

RETURNS
We kindly remind you that all the outfits available in our shop are designed specifically for photoshoots. Due to the unique nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and always strive to provide the best service possible!
If you receive an item with a defect, you have the right to file a complaint. Please note that if the outfit is free of defects and has been purchased for business purposes rather than personal use, returns are not possible.
